The Admissions and Registration Department at Midmak International Academy performs the required tasks of directing and facilitating the procedures for registering trainees in the academy, highlighting and documenting the relationship between trainees and the academy, and providing the requirements of training programs in accordance with academic regulations.
Cancel Registration:
The trainee is allowed to cancel his registration provided that the cancellation is made one week before the start of the training course or higher professional studies, and a written request must be submitted and submitted to the Registration Department.
Withdrawal from study:

- The trainee has the right to withdraw after registration, and he is entitled to a refund of tuition fees if he submits a request to withdraw from the study one week before the start of the training course or higher professional studies, although other registration fees may not be refunded.
- The trainee is entitled to a refund of 50% of the tuition fees only if he submits a withdrawal request within a period of one week from the start of the study, while other registration fees may not be refunded.
- The trainee is not entitled to a refund of any of the tuition fees paid if he submits a request to withdraw from the study more than a week after the start of the study.
- In the first and second cases above, the trainee fills out a request form for refunding tuition fees, attaching supporting documents; This is after completing the financial disclosure. Tuition fees are not refunded if the student does not fill out the form.
02. Required Documents and Papers
You must fill out the application form available on the registration platform and make sure to attach and upload the following documents:

- A copy of academic certificates or their equivalent certified by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in the enrollee’s country
- A colored copy of a valid passport
- A colored copy of the national ID card
- A recommendation letter from the agency where he works
- A recent colored personal photo (3×4)
03. Application procedures
Midmak International Academy applies standard admission procedures for applicants to its training and study programs, and examines and verifies all information before accepting registration applications. This is according to two stages:
1. Electronic Registration
Those wishing to join the Academy must submit their applications electronically through the registration platform only if they meet the admission criteria, noting that only completed applications that include all the required information and documents will be considered.
2. Accepting Applications
All completed applications are carefully examined to ensure that they meet the Academy’s admission criteria. Applications that do not meet the admission criteria and requirements will be rejected and their applicants notified.
3. Acceptance Tests

- Personal interview.
- Multiple types of questions (open-ended, multiple choice…)
We recommend that candidates be prepared to talk about the following points in the personal interview:

- To know himself and his interests
- The reasons that prompted him to apply to Midmak International Academy programs
- The skills he is expected to acquire through training at the academy
- His professional ambitions and future aspirations, and how he can achieve them through training at the academy
- Other matters relevant to the application.
4. Request Evaluation
The admissions committee evaluates qualified applications based on admission requirements and test results taken by the applicant.
5. Admission Criteria
The admission criteria for Midmak International Academy’s training programs and its higher professional programs are determined according to the specialization, track, and level announced in the description of each program.
6. Final Decision
The Admissions Committee will announce the final decisions on accepted applications before the start of the course or training program. Those accepted will be contacted to inform them of the remaining procedures. Those who have been rejected will also be notified.
