Midmak International Academy Logo:
The Significance:
Lexical Significance: Midmak refers to the layer in construction, symbolizing the thread that connects two nails, extending from the start of a wall to its end, ensuring the alignment of bricks or blocks in a straight line. It represents both the foundation and the pinnacle, as well as the path and covenant.
Interpretive Significance: In the context of learning and skill acquisition (professional training and qualification), Midmak symbolizes a collection of skills and knowledge that form the cornerstone of an individual’s abilities and skills. It shapes their essence and identity, equipping them with the competencies and professional expertise, which are acquired through gradual pathways of knowledge, skills, and qualifications—ascending from the foundational base to the peak.
Name Selection: The name Midmak was chosen as the bearer of the academy’s vision, mission, and goals, framed within a new interpretive context: building a sustainable knowledge economy. This is based on constructing a solid and strong knowledge foundation for individuals or groups, utilizing several core elements, namely: training, qualification, development, readiness, professionalization, and re-engineering, all aimed at achieving professional and knowledge competencies and building skills on a solid and sustainable foundation.
Logo Components:
The Word: The word Miadmak was artistically designed in geometric Arabic calligraphy by the artist Reem Qubtan. It adopts a pyramidal geometric shape, reflecting the meanings intended for the logo. The second part of the logo design and color selection was completed by Keylnhands.
The Golden Circular Frame: This symbolizes harmony and coherence, denoting unity, continuity, and infinity. It was used to signify that the work mechanism is governed by standards that frame, regulate, and monitor its quality, without restricting creativity and innovation. Each individual creates their own Midmak according to their needs, goals, understanding, and awareness, using their abilities in new and innovative ways. They are best suited to make their new or developed knowledge inputs result in valuable and qualitative outputs.
The Two Wheat Stalks: Surrounding the circular frame representing the Midmak space, two blue-colored wheat stalks symbolize the infinite harvest of achieved accomplishments.
Color Significance of the Logo:
Golden: Represents knowledge, learning, reflection, mental growth, success, achievement, renewal, and vitality. It is also associated with wealth, money, and power. Gold, born from the earth through its interaction with other metals, carries all the positive symbols linked to the bright, pure yellow color—such as the sun, light, warmth, optimism, and life—denoting wisdom, creativity, abundance, and richness. This is the foundation on which Midmak International is built, and which it aims to invest in and reflect in the character, identity, and mindset of everyone associated with it: a polished, brilliant, bright, accomplished, professional, leadership-oriented, and creative personality with high competence and professionalism capable of making an impact and driving change.
Indigo Blue: Symbolizes wisdom, trust, learning, professionalism, and practicality. It also reflects inner stability, self-confidence, and the determination to set life’s order and direction. This color represents intuition, visualization, and the development of awareness and perception of life’s requirements and changes, alongside the values an individual must embody—wisdom, awareness, integrity, and responsibility—to achieve balance and precision. The indigo blue movements in the logo represent the vast space and professionalism.
White: The name of the academy is written in English in white, completing the symbolic bearer of the academy’s vision, mission, and outcomes. These outcomes aim for the participants to build their own precise, unique, and sustainable knowledge and performance foundations. The white color symbolizes new beginnings, renewal, perfection, and precision.
