Job Objective:

To provide comprehensive services for managing social media pages (Facebook and Instagram), including graphic design, video production, visual identity development, content scheduling and publishing, audience engagement, and periodic performance reporting with a focus on supporting advertising campaigns for training courses.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Execute designs for regular posts and promotional posts (especially training course ads) with high quality and in alignment with the visual identity.
  • Design advertising materials (images and short videos).
  • Adhere to platform-specific dimensions and standards.
  • Provide creative support to develop the visual identity as needed.

Video Production:

  • Produce and edit short and long videos (Reels, Stories, Ads).
  • Consistently incorporate visual identity elements into all videos.

Visual Identity Development:

  • Update and maintain the visual identity guidelines (colors, fonts, logo, visual elements).
  • Ensure consistency of all page content with the visual identity.

Page Management and Engagement:

  • Publish scheduled content and engage daily with followers (respond to comments and messages).
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement.

Content Scheduling:

  • Use professional scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Ensure publishing aligns with the content plan and special events.

Performance Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze engagement and growth data weekly and monthly.
  • Prepare detailed reports including performance, recommendations, and best practices.

Working Hours:

Full-time from Saturday to Thursday (hours to be agreed upon, typically 8 hours per day).

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in graphic design and video production (preferably in digital marketing).
  • Strong proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and content requirements for each.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong time management skills and commitment to deadlines.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze performance reports.
