A capstone project designed to simulate real-world clinic operations. Trainees develop a comprehensive, actionable operations plan for a real or virtual clinic/center, integrating theoretical knowledge and practical management skills under the guidance of a certified international expert.
- Project components:
- Analysis of current operational status (real or hypothetical facility).
- Design of a detailed operational plan (admin structure, finance, daily ops).
- Financial and performance analysis (costs, revenues, KPIs).
- Professional presentation of the plan and improvement strategies.
- Project defense before an academic evaluation panel.
