The project includes analyzing the current situation, identifying performance and service gaps, proposing practical solutions based on international best practices and quality standards, and establishing evaluation indicators to monitor implementation and measure impact.
- Project Objectives:
- Apply tools and methodologies for operational performance analysis in healthcare institutions.
- Identify the main gaps related to patient experience and service quality.
- Propose actionable and practical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop an integrated strategic plan linking operational performance with patient satisfaction.
- Design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous development and improvement.
- Trainee Tasks:
- Collect primary and secondary data related to the institution’s performance and services.
- Conduct a comprehensive strategic analysis using SWOT and PESTEL tools.
- Identify operational and service gaps affecting the patient experience.
- Develop practical solutions in accordance with best practices and quality standards.
