…            He has served as a reviewer for a large number of Master’s and Doctoral theses related to oral and maxillofacial surgery and dental implantology at the University of Damascus, whether these theses were affiliated with the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery or with other departments, provided the topics were relevant to oral and maxillofacial surgery or dental implants, over a period exceeding eleven years, contributing to the awarding of these academic degrees.

…            He has received multiple awards and certificates of appreciation for his significant scientific contributions as a lecturer at numerous national and international conferences and scientific events.

…            He was awarded a certificate of appreciation from the Board of Trustees of the Syrian Private University and from the National Union of Syrian Students for his efforts in advancing the Faculty of Dentistry during his tenure as Dean for more than three and a half years.

2004     He received the Best Scientific Research in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery, granted by the Association of the Union of Arab Dental Faculties under the Arab League, for the study Complications of Impacted Third Molars in the Syrian Arab Republic and Their Management, conducted in collaboration with Dr. Munir Harfoush, after it underwent international peer review.

1993     He also holds a patent for a novel compound designed to stop bleeding following tooth extraction in patients highly susceptible to hemorrhage.
