Dr. Talal Mohsen has over 15 years of experience in the Syrian market. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration MBA from the High Institute of Business Administration, HIBA, and a Trainer of Trainers TOT certificate from Oxford University Press. He has delivered over 600 training hours in marketing, sales, capacity building, and presentation skills, collaborating with international organizations such as UNICEF, UNFPA, JCI, SANAD, and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent SARC, as well as universities, professional associations, and training centers.

He has held leadership and consultancy positions in several companies, managing teams of over 500 employees and leading marketing and strategic development plans. He has also appeared in multiple media interviews on Syrian TV as a public speaker and marketing expert.

Currently, he serves as CEO of NEXT Pharma Marketing Agency in Damascus, and works as an independent consultant in strategic marketing management for private companies, specializing in brand identity development for health companies, digital marketing, and international media coverage in the healthcare sector.
