Training Needs Assessment Form for Students and Graduates of Syrian Universities

(Also open to students and graduates of other universities in the same fields)

As part of the academic and training partnership between Midmak International Academy – Syria and Australia, the American Board of Medical and Health Specialties, and the American Board for Human Resources Training and Development – California, USA, we present this form designed for the following groups:

  • Undergraduate students in all academic years within the specified fields.
  • Students who are about to graduate in the same disciplines.
  • Graduates of Syrian public and private universities in the following majors:
    Pharmacy – Information Engineering – Architectural Engineering – Civil Engineering – Business Administration.
  • The form is also open to students and graduates of non-Syrian universities, provided they are in the same academic fields.

Objectives of the Form:

This form aims to identify and analyze the actual training needs of students and graduates in these fields, in order to:

  • Design specialized training programs accredited locally and internationally.
  • Enhance the professional and technical competencies of participants.
  • Develop practical and functional skills.
  • Prepare youth to meet the demands of the local, regional, and international labor markets.

  • Please fill out this form accurately and objectively, as it directly contributes to improving the quality of training programs and aligning them with your academic backgrounds and career aspirations.
  • All data will be treated with strict confidentiality.
  • Participation is also available for students and graduates of non-Syrian universities, as long as they are in the same fields.
