He currently serves as Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Al-Ajlani Company, specializing in disinfectants and antiseptics. He also has an extensive record of leadership within the Syrian Pharmacists Syndicate, dedicating his efforts to advancing the profession and serving society.

Mr. Mohammad Al-Akkad

A legal and administrative expert with over 20 years of experience in international law, arbitration, governance, and institutional development. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and an advanced diploma from the National Institute of Administration (INA). He has an extensive track record in developing institutional policies and promoting transparency, with a specialized focus on international humanitarian law and maritime law.
He is a member of the Syrian Bar Association and the Arab Lawyers Union, and a certified Training of Trainers (TOT) professional in management and strategic leadership. He has distinguished himself through leading international cooperation programs and coordinating with global organizations, making him a trusted reference in integrated legal and administrative consultancy.

Professor Dr. Ahmad Qarout

An academic and researcher in Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language (TAFL), with over three decades of experience in universities and research centers across the Levant, Europe, and the United States. He has held prominent leadership positions, including coordinating the Arabic Flagship Program at Brigham Young University and managing Arabic language programs at the U.S. Embassy in Damascus. He is also a certified ACTFL trainer for the Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI).
He is distinguished by his leadership of international debate teams that have achieved global rankings, and he has received high-level recognition from the U.S. Department of State. In addition, he is a professional translator in three languages and an active contributor to international conferences specializing in education and modern Arabic culture.

Dr. Barakat has led pioneering educational initiatives such as the “Flagship” Program in Syria and currently serves as Chair of the American Board in Syria and Vice President of the American Open University. She is the founder of an intellectual initiative aimed at linking academic education with advanced professional qualification, empowering institutions and individuals in accordance with the highest international standards.

He currently serves as Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at the International Private University for Science and Technology (Al-Wadi Campus), where he combines academic leadership, teaching, and curriculum development.
He has a distinguished research background in statistical analysis and clinical sciences, with extensive scientific contributions in his field of specialization. In parallel, he maintains an active clinical practice in his private clinic in Damascus, providing advanced solutions in periodontal surgery and dental implants. He also contributes to the training and qualification of dental professionals as a lecturer with the Syrian Board of Dental Specialties.

Dr. Munir Shalish is an Associate Professor at the University of Damascus and a consultant in Otolaryngology (ENT), Head and Neck Surgery. With over two decades of clinical and surgical experience, he is regarded as one of the leading experts in rhinoplasty in the region, with a record of more than 20,000 successful nose surgeries.
He is the founder and director of Latteen Medical Center and has made a significant academic contribution through supervising postgraduate research and authoring reference works in both surgical and non-surgical aesthetics.
