This program focuses on enhancing participants’ competence in corporate communication as an administrative and leadership function, directly tied to the effectiveness of public relations. It integrates the fundamental concepts of organizational communication with modern public relations applications, aligned with international frameworks and standards (International PR Standards).
The training methodology is based on practical application, simulations, case studies, and both individual and group performance exercises. Its aim is to equip participants with the skills to craft corporate messages professionally, develop listening and influencing abilities, build effective networks, improve self-awareness, and communicate using tools such as the Johari Window and emotional intelligence. Additionally, it addresses communication barriers, such as silo mentality within organizations.
- Measure their baseline communication skills through pre- and post-assessments and identify improvement gaps.
- Understand corporate communication concepts and their role in developing public relations according to international standards.
- Design comprehensive public relations messages (Objective – Audience – Channel – Tone – Call to Action).
- Apply Active Listening techniques to improve understanding and reduce miscommunication.
- Choose appropriate communication methods when dealing with different personality types in the workplace.
- Build effective communication based on trust, satisfaction, and expectation management to enhance the organization’s image.
- Identify Silo Mentality challenges and propose practical communication-based solutions.
- Use the Johari Window to enhance self-awareness, reduce blind spots, and expand the open area.
- Apply Emotional Intelligence to manage emotions, empathy, and professional interactions in sensitive situations.
- Prepare a practical plan to expand professional networks and align them with PR and organizational objectives.
