Dr. Khaled Omar

Dr. Mazen Yahia Zenati
Dr. Mazen Yahia Zenatiis is a Professor and Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with more than 37 years of extensive experience in advanced surgical practice, dental implantology, postgraduate training, and academic leadership. He holds a PhD in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Damascus University with honors and has occupied several prominent positions, including Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at the Syrian Private University (SPU), Head of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at Damascus University and SPU, President of the Scientific Board of the Syrian Board, and Member and Chair of Training and Accreditation Committees at the Arab Board of Health Specializations.
Dr. Zenatiis has a distinguished academic and research record, with numerous peer-reviewed publications and contributions to several authoritative textbooks in oral and maxillofacial surgery, oral surgical diseases, tooth extraction, and infection control. He has been a keynote speaker, lecturer, and chairman in many national and international conferences, representing Syria in various global scientific events.
Renowned as one of the leading figures in his field at both the national and regional levels, Dr. Zenatiis is recognized for his expertise in facial and maxillofacial surgery, dental implant surgery, and the training of master’s and PhD students. Dr. Talal Al-Ajlani is an accomplished pharmaceutical professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in industrial pharmacy, pharmaceutical management, and academic instruction.
He has played a leading role in the Syrian pharmaceutical industry, particularly as Technical Manager and Consultant at SYPHCO Factory, contributing to the development and application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality management systems in pharmaceutical production.
In addition to his technical and managerial achievements, Dr. Al-Ajlani has served as a university lecturer and laboratory supervisor in several Syrian universities, combining academic knowledge with practical expertise.
He also serves as CEO and Partner of Ajlani Company for Trading and Manufacturing, specializing in antiseptics and disinfectants. His volunteer work and leadership roles in the Syrian Syndicate of Pharmacists reflect his commitment to advancing the pharmacy profession and community service. -
Dr. Talal Mohsen
Dr. Talal Mohsen has over 15 years of experience in the Syrian market. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration MBA from the High Institute of Business Administration, HIBA, and a Trainer of Trainers TOT certificate from Oxford University Press. He has delivered over 600 training hours in marketing, sales, capacity building, and presentation skills, collaborating with international organizations such as UNICEF, UNFPA, JCI, SANAD, and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent SARC, as well as universities, professional associations, and training centers.
He has held leadership and consultancy positions in several companies, managing teams of over 500 employees and leading marketing and strategic development plans. He has also appeared in multiple media interviews on Syrian TV as a public speaker and marketing expert.
Currently, he serves as CEO of NEXT Pharma Marketing Agency in Damascus, and works as an independent consultant in strategic marketing management for private companies, specializing in brand identity development for health companies, digital marketing, and international media coverage in the healthcare sector.
