Engineer Mohammad Amer Al-Sheeshkly
An accomplished consulting engineer and researcher specializing in civil engineering, project management, and modern technologies, with more than four decades of professional experience in both the engineering and administrative sectors in Syria and abroad.
He combines technical expertise in transportation engineering, structural assessment of damaged buildings, and real estate development with advanced academic knowledge in business administration, digital transformation, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems.
Renowned for his strategic vision in project management and reconstruction, and for his active role in developing concepts of technological governance and smart construction, he has made significant contributions to numerous Arab and international conferences. -
Engineer Yara AlAli
Eng. Yara Al-Ali, a member of the Order of Engineers and Architects in Beirut (Membership No. 58509), is a Lebanese software engineer and academic researcher with over twelve years of professional experience in information systems development, database administration, and advanced software engineering.
She currently serves as the Technical Lead at KeyInHands, where she manages the development team and oversees the design and maintenance of the backend infrastructure for university applications using NodeJS and MySQL.
Her career began in Syria, where she worked in university systems administration at several educational institutions, including the Syrian Private University, Qasyoun Private University, and Al-Rasheed University, contributing to the development and deployment of the GenPlatform – SIS student management system across multiple faculties, in addition to supervising technical teams specializing in data analysis and system integration.
She also served as Head of the IT Department at the Agricultural Bank – Fahhama Branch and as a Systems Engineer at Evidentia, where she developed digital solutions for dental clinics.
Alongside her technical expertise, she possesses a strong academic background: she has lectured at the Islamic University of Lebanon (IUL) and worked as a teaching assistant at both the Syrian Private University and Al-Sham University, supervising several graduation projects in programming and database fields.
Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Computer Science under joint supervision between the Lebanese University and Université de Pau (France). Her research focuses on distributed systems and advanced data processing—reflecting her distinguished ability to integrate academic insight with applied technical leadership.

Mr. Fadi Yahya Ghanem
Mr. Fadi Yahya Ghanem is an expert in Library and Information Technology, with more than twenty years of academic and administrative experience in prominent cultural and educational institutions. He currently serves as a Lecturer at the University of Damascus – Faculty of Arts, Department of Library and Information Science, where he teaches specialized courses in Information Storage and Retrieval Systems, Documentation Center Management, and Information Economics.
He previously held several senior positions, including Director General of the National Library of Syria and Deputy Director General at the Ministry of Culture, where he supervised the Information Technology Directorate and organized multiple editions of the Syrian Book Fair.
Mr. Ghanem holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Technology from Cairo University, is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field at the University of Damascus, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Damascus.
He has participated in numerous Arab and international conferences, including the 35th Conference of the Arab Federation for Libraries and Information (AFLI) in Muscat, and regional UNESCO workshops on the preservation of documentary heritage. He has authored and translated several studies and books in the fields of Knowledge Management and Information Economics, as well as children’s books in the “A‘lam” (Figures) series. He is distinguished by extensive expertise in Human Resources Management, Public Relations, and Information Technology, and is proficient in English and advanced computer applications.
