Terms and Conditions

 

Midmak International Academy establishes a set of terms and regulations to ensure the proper organization of the registration process in its training programs and to provide a distinguished learning experience that meets trainees’ needs. These terms are applied to ensure training quality and compliance with academic and professional standards.

  • Fulfillment of Training Requirements: Applicants must ensure that they meet the specific requirements of each training program. Some programs require prior qualifications or specific professional experience.
  • Required Documents:
    • Copy of National ID or Passport.
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV) including academic and professional background.
    • Certified copies of academic certificates (High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree depending on program requirements).
    • Recommendation letter from an employer or academic institution (if required).
    • Recent personal photograph.
    • Any additional documents required by the program (e.g., experience certificates or prior training courses).
  • Completion of Registration Form: The electronic or paper registration form must be completed accurately and in full, including all required personal, academic, and professional information.
  • Payment of Fees: Applicants must pay the required program fees. The Academy may offer installment payment options depending on the program and prior approval.
  • Deadline Compliance: Registration must be completed before the specified deadline for each program, including submission of documents and payment of fees.
  • Attendance and Commitment: Trainees must attend training sessions (in-person or online). Absence must not exceed the limit defined by the Academy’s regulations.
  • Academic Integrity: Trainees are strictly prohibited from any dishonest practices, including cheating or plagiarism, and must adhere to academic and professional integrity standards in all assessments and assignments.
  • Assignments and Assessments: Trainees are required to submit all assignments on time and participate in all tests and evaluation activities.
  • General Conduct: Trainees must maintain professional and ethical behavior inside and outside training environments to ensure a respectful and safe learning atmosphere for all.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: Copying or using educational materials belonging to the Academy without prior permission is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights must be respected.
  • Withdrawal before the program starts

The trainee is entitled to withdraw from the training program and receive a full refund of the fees paid if the withdrawal request is submitted no later than 7 calendar days prior to the program start date.
If the withdrawal request is submitted less than 7 days before the program start date, a fixed administrative fee of 10% of the total fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  • Withdrawal after the program has started

Withdrawal is permitted within a period not exceeding the first three days of the program start date, or the equivalent of attending the first two training sessions.
In this case, the refund shall be calculated as follows:

    • A fixed registration fee of 20% of the total fees will be deducted.
    • The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Withdrawal after exceeding the permitted period

If the withdrawal request is submitted after three days from the program start date or after attending more than two training sessions, the trainee shall not be entitled to any refund, and the full fees shall remain payable.

  • Registration commitment

Registration in the program is considered binding from the date of enrollment confirmation, and this policy is automatically applied upon submission of any withdrawal request.

  • Withdrawal request procedure

Withdrawal requests must be submitted exclusively through the official withdrawal form on the Midmak platform. The request must include all required information in full. Any incomplete submission will be automatically rejected until all required details are provided.

 

The Academy reserves the full right to amend or modify any component of the training program, including the content, schedule, trainers, or delivery method, at any time it deems appropriate, for academic, operational, or organizational reasons. The Academy is not required to adhere to a specific advance notice period in the event of emergencies or operational requirements.

 

Training fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program or according to an approved installment plan. In case of delayed payments, the Academy reserves the right to suspend the trainee from continuing the program until financial obligations are fulfilled.

 

By registering in Midmak International Academy programs, trainees agree to all terms and regulations and commit to complying with them throughout the duration of their enrollment in the training programs.
