Dr. Khaled Omar

Dr. Khaled is a researcher and academic professor specializing in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and the semantic web. He currently serves as the Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence at the Faculty of Information Technology Engineering, University of Damascus.
With over two decades of academic and research experience in higher education, academic supervision, scientific research, and the development of intelligent technological solutions, Dr. Khaled seamlessly integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application in his academic and professional work.
He leads and supervises national projects and advanced scientific research in the field of artificial intelligence and its diverse applications, particularly in education, healthcare, and cybersecurity, reflecting his pivotal role in advancing innovation and technological development at both the academic and national levels.
