  • A legal and administrative expert with over twenty years of experience in international law, arbitration, public administration, and institutional capacity building.
  • Combines academic and professional expertise in developing policies and legal systems, and in promoting governance and transparency in both public and private institutions, along with active participation in international cooperation programs with high-level organizations and entities.
  • Holds a Master of Business Administration from the Syrian Virtual University, an advanced diploma in public administration from the National Institute of Administration (INA) in cooperation with the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA – France), a Bachelor of Law from the University of Aleppo, and a professional diploma in international arbitration from the International Arbitration Center in Cairo.
  • Specialized in international humanitarian law and maritime law, and has participated in numerous international conferences and forums in these fields. He is also a certified TOT trainer from the National Institute of Administration and a member of several professional bodies, including the Syrian Bar Association, the Arab Lawyers Union, and the Human Resources Institute in Syria.
  • Recognized for his leadership and strategic planning capabilities, providing specialized legal consultancy in arbitration, governance, and administrative performance development, in addition to his expertise in managing international cooperation and coordinating with global institutions and organizations.
