Midmak International Academy Completes the Technical Preparations for Its Digital Skills Learning Initiative

Midmak International Academy has announced the completion of the technical operations and preparations for its “Digital Skills Learning” Initiative, launched by the Academy in Syria and Australia to contribute to reducing digital illiteracy, expanding access to digital knowledge and skills, and making learning opportunities more accessible to everyone.

The initiative forms part of the Academy’s commitment to advancing digital empowerment and building essential skills required to navigate modern technologies, through flexible learning pathways that enable participants to develop their digital capabilities according to their different levels and needs.

The technical phase included completing the technological components required to deliver the initiative, organizing its content, and establishing the mechanisms for participation and access, in preparation for launching the programs in accordance with the initiative’s approved framework.

The initiative aims to provide broader segments of society with opportunities to learn essential digital skills, including individuals seeking to strengthen their basic digital abilities or enhance their readiness for education and employment in an increasingly digital environment.

Participants will also have the opportunity to obtain accredited certificates upon fulfilling the program requirements and successfully completing the designated assessments, providing formal recognition of the skills acquired and supporting their educational and professional pathways.

Midmak International Academy emphasizes that the “Digital Skills Learning” Initiative represents part of its commitment to expanding access to learning and building competencies, based on the belief that digital skills have become essential for meaningful participation in education, employment, and society.

With the completion of the technical preparations, the initiative is now entering a new phase ahead of making its programs available to beneficiaries in Syria and Australia, in line with a vision aimed at making digital skills learning more accessible and flexible while connecting learning with opportunities for personal and professional development.
