A distinguished academic and legal consultant, he holds a PhD in Public Law from the Alexandria University with honors. He possesses extensive academic and professional experience in public law, administration, governance, human development, and higher education.
He combines deep academic knowledge with administrative and leadership expertise, having held multiple academic and administrative positions at prominent Arab universities, including Alexandria University, Khatam Al-Mursaleen University, and American Open University.
He also holds syndicate and advisory roles in professional, educational, and healthcare institutions, represents the American Board in Egypt and the Middle East, and has intellectual and training contributions in the fields of law, governance, crisis management, leadership, and human development.
Dr. Mostafa believes in the importance of integrating legal sciences with human and administrative sciences to build modern institutions capable of achieving justice and sustainable development.
