President of Midmak International Academy Meets with the Engineering Sector Team to Prepare for the Launch of New Training Programs
Dr. Dima Aziz Barakat, President of Midmak International Academy, held a meeting with the Academy’s Engineering Sector Team, in the presence of Dr. Firas Issa, Head of the Sector, Dr. Bushra Hassan, and Dr. Khaled Al-Omar, as part of the ongoing preparations for the launch of a new range of specialized training programs.
The meeting addressed the academic and technical preparations for launching training programs within the Engineering and Technology & Digital Sectors, including discussions on targeted fields and specializations, as well as the development of program content and delivery methodologies in line with the rapid advancements taking place across engineering, technology, and digital fields.
The participants also discussed ways to strengthen the practical component of the programs and align training outcomes with the actual needs of professionals and workplace environments, contributing to skills development and professional competency building through specialized training pathways.
Dr. Dima Aziz Barakat emphasized the importance of ensuring that the new programs are grounded in the evolving needs and trends of professional sectors, while integrating specialized knowledge, practical application, and continuous competency development.
